Q: Can I lean hard on Hunter FlatBars while I ride?

A: Yes, of course. Hunter Flatbars will stand up to any forces that can be generated by your hands and arms. They're even guaranteed 5 years against parking lot tipovers and such, even on a heavy bike. There is a 2" x 1/2" solid aluminum stud up inside the bar. That's what transmits the steering forces. I draw the limit at damage from hitting a tree or a wall, but otherwise...you're cool.
